We have wellbeing at the heart of everything we so, our ‘Mind Over Mountain’ Adventures are not summit focused they give participants an opportunity to get out of their comfort zone and boost self-confidence whilst also connecting with the people and places around them.
Activity Overview

Our mountain adventures are not all about reaching the summit. We believe the adventure is in the journey and the wellbeing that journey provides.

Spend time with local conservationists to learn and take part in some of the vital work going on to protect our mountain wildernesses.

Use the stunning surroundings to help feel more connected with yourself, your group and the natural world.

Use your experiences in the mountains to help you be more present and take the time to reflect with help from our expedition journal and digital programme app.

From maps to compass skills learn all the skills required to take part in a mountain expedition with the help of a qualified Mountain Leader.

From abseiling to paddle boarding we'll select the perfect activity to get you out of your comfort zone and develop an adventurous mindset.
These four night trips are hosted by our team, along with a fully qualified Mountain Leader, and include food and accommodation in a comfortable and well equipped modern bunkhouse.

Relax and enjoy your new surroundings and friends whilst checking out possible routes for the following morning. -

Morning Hike
Put your new orienteering skills into practice on a morning expedition to discover some of the breathtaking views in the surrounding area.

Conservation Morning
Meet a local conservation group for an introduction to the organisation and the work that we are helping with. Examples include tree planting, seed collecting and invasive species clearing.

Enjoy a relaxing afternoon walk to take in one of the local areas natural wanders and spend time relaxing and immersing in its beauty.
